I focus on behavior reduction while using mindfulness, education and psychotherapy. This means that I don’t focus on body size or weight but on the reduction of disordered behaviors and thoughts and on improving body image, relationship with food, and movement and relationship with self. My unique approach provides an all-encompassing treatment that is tailor-made to fit each of my clients' goals. No diets, no fuss, just being mindful to get you where you want to be.
