  • This is a program to be able to reach food freedom. This program does not focus on weight loss. It focuses on being able to be happy in your body now instead of constantly trying to lose weight and diet.

  • The program will send you your videos for the week so you can go based on that pace. You will also hav a whole community to keep you accountable! Look out for fun milestones provided in the community to keep you motivated too!

  • Because I have 12+ years experience with eating disorders and disordered eating! I studied culinary nutrition and mental heath counseling which give me the advantage to be able to provide you three-fold level of support.

  • Let me know! I want you to be able to access the support you ned so if you’re willing we can come up with a solution!
